    Frequently Asked Questions!

    How many people does your venue hold?

    Our Full Hall can accommodate up to 280-300 guests seated (no social distancing). The Garden can accommodate up to 100 seated for ceremony chapel-style, and 60 seated with tables and chairs - reception style.

    Do you provide catering and alcohol?

    Yes. We have a list of accredited caterers we've partnered with, as well as an in-house Mobile Bar and Coffee / Milk Tea Bar/ Grazing Table suppliers.

    What is the parking situation like?

    We offer 15 priority parking spaces complimentary to your VIP guests. Other guests may park in the parking space allocated for the Citywalk Building, as well as in front of the building - first come, first served.

    Where are you located?

    We are located in Upper Antipolo right beside All Home and Vista Mall. The Garden Hive Events Place is located inside The Citywalk Bldg. ML Quezon St. Ext. Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City 1870. You can search it on Waze!

    Can I use an Outside Caterer?

    We have a list of reputable caterers which you can choose from. However, if you'll be getting any of the Venue Only Packages, then you may bring your preferred caterer!

    Are your packages customizable?

    Our packages are flexible and fully customizable. Kindly contact us for further details!

    How long is the rental?

    Event time is 4 hours with 2 hours ingress, and 1 hour for egress. Event may be extended for a minimum fee per hour.

    Will there be a food tasting?

    Yes! We recommend scheduling a tasting two months prior to your event. You may schedule a tasting with your preferred caterer. We also hold Food Tasting Events every now and then.

    If I only rent one venue, will there be another event on the other venue?

    No. There can only be one event at the same time. However, two events can be accommodated on the same day if the first event is at breakfast/early lunch time and the next event is at dinner time.

    Do you require a deposit to book the space?

    A P20,000 reservation fee is required to secure the space. A 50% deposit is then required 6 months before the event. Full payment is required a month before your big day. 

    Is the space handicap-accessible?

    Yes! We have access at the back side of the building that's wheelchair-friendly. This will directly lead to the Hive Hall. You can message us to get the waze map.

    Do you give out discounts and freebies?

    We have seasonal discounts and other promotions. Please feel free to ask us for more details!

    are there corkage fees?

    We have an ongoing promo up to June 2022. If you book with us, we will not be charging you any corkage fees.
